Shipping Issues & Support

- Quality Issues:
  If you receive a product with clear or obvious quality problems, you are eligible for either a full refund or a free reshipment.

- Tracking Not Updated:
  If the shipment tracking has not been updated for more than one month, you may request a free reshipment or a full refund.

- Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
  If your package is marked as “signed for” but you have not received it, we offer either:
  
  - a 50% refund, or
  - 50% coverage of the reshipping cost
